Life can be overwhelming at times, leaving you feeling less than whole. If you are hopeless or depressed, a therapist may help you find meaning and purpose in your life. If you are struggling with grief or loss, a therapist can help you out of the darkness. And, if you are suspended in time by past trauma, there may be a treatment that will help release your burden.
Couples Counseling is one of the greatest gifts you can give each other or loved ones just starting out. Packages are available to purchase as gifts at a discount.

Our family counseling services are provided by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Associates. They address the behaviors of all family members and the way those behaviors impact individuals, relationships and the family as a whole.
In child and adolescent therapy, the client is usually, though not always, the child or adolescent with mental health concerns, social difficulties or trauma. Sometimes, we include Parenting Skills as part of child and adolescent counseling. If your therapist suggests this, it likely isn't because you are bad parent - bad parents don't usually seek help - but because there are many different ways of parenting and some may be more effective for your child or adolescent.
We may have group therapy sessions from time to time focused on issues that our clients are facing. These sessions could be psycho-educational, skills training (Parenting Skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) or general discussion around a specific topic (Grief, Bipolar Disorder, Substance Use).
We use many ways of interacting in these sessions, from talking to psychodrama to art therapy.
